Not every part is the right fit, and that is okay. You can return most parts within 30 days of delivery. The part must be unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges work the same way. Just tell us the part you need instead.
You can return a part if it does not fit, if you ordered the wrong one, or if it arrived damaged. For damaged items, send us a photo within 48 hours. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
We process refunds within 3 business days after your return arrives. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the money to your account.
Your refund goes back the same way you paid. Card payments return to your card. PayPal payments return to your PayPal account. Shipping costs are refunded only when we made the mistake.
