Terms of use

Last Revised: September 27, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to corvetteautopartsforsaleonline.com. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Corvette Auto Parts Online (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of our website and your purchases of parts for America’s sports car — from C1 and C2 classics through C8 Stingray, Z06, and ZR1. By browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We are a small team of Corvette fans based in San Francisco, California. If anything in these Terms seems unclear, please don’t guess — call or text +1 (415) 420-3756 or email corvetteautopartsforsaleonline@gmail.com and a real person will walk you through it, 7 days a week.

Using Our Store

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. When you create an account or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Our catalog, photos, descriptions, and fitment notes are provided to help you find the right part for your Corvette, but they are general guidance — not a substitute for checking your specific vehicle. Generations change mid-year, and aftermarket parts vary by trim.

If you are ever unsure whether a part fits, tell us the year, model, and details of your Corvette before ordering, and we will help you confirm fitment. You agree to use our site lawfully and not to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, or use our content to operate a competing business.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

When you place an order, we will confirm it by email. Your order is accepted — and the contract for the sale is formed — when we ship your part. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Sales tax is applied where required.

Payments are handled by reputable third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card number. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typo or system error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

Shipping, Fitment, and Returns

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery estimates on our site are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally have delays, and some large parts take longer. Please inspect your part as soon as it arrives.

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Money Back Policy, which is part of these Terms. Not sure a part fits? Ask us before you order — we would much rather answer a fitment question than process a return.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The corvetteautopartsforsaleonline.com website — including its design, text, graphics, product photos, and arrangement — is owned by Corvette Auto Parts Online and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use it for your own shopping and reference; you may not copy substantial parts of it for commercial use without our written permission.

All manufacturer names, part numbers, symbols, and descriptions are used for reference purposes only. “Corvette,” “Chevrolet,” and related marks are trademarks of General Motors; other marks belong to their respective owners. Corvette Auto Parts Online is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by General Motors.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our site and our parts are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to describe every part accurately, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or fitment notes are error-free, and we make no warranty beyond what the product’s own warranty (if any) provides. Installation guidance we offer is general advice — always have parts installed by a qualified professional if you are not experienced with your Corvette.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvette Auto Parts Online will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product involved. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvette Auto Parts Online, its owner, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your installation or use of a purchased part in a manner not intended by its manufacturer.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to our store or these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our store grows or the law changes. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last Revised” date at the top. The Terms posted here are the version that applies to your use of the site and any order placed after that date, so please check back occasionally.
